Danish Smoked Salt is Dead Sea salt that is refined in Denmark. It has a medium-strong beech smoke aroma, which is created by a special cold-smoking process. The traditional processing method dates back to the Vikings. It goes well with all dishes that include smoked ham or similar as an ingredient and is highly appreciated especially by vegetarians.

Usage:
We recommend using Danish Smoked Salt only as a "finish" to the preparation or for seasoning.
