Description:

The English made curry blends popular in the rest of the world starting in the 18th century. Madras curry has a pronounced spiciness and a warm earthy coriander seed aroma. As a result, this blend, typical of the Madras region of India, pairs well with lamb, beans, lentils and floury vegetables.

Usage:
You can add the curry at the beginning or end of cooking. Use the powder in quantity to taste.

Coriander, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, fennel, cumin, pepper, chili, salt, clove, garlic.
