Café de Paris Dip

Description:
Conjure up a tasty dip based on cream cheese, yoghurt, quark, crème fraîche or mayonnaise in just a few minutes with this seasoning preparation. Use for dipping with vegetables or grissini or as a spread on bread, souls and pretzels.
 
Usage:
Mix Café de Paris Dip and water in a 1:1 ratio and leave to infuse for two minutes. Then mix with the dairy product and stir well. 50 grams of the condiment preparation is enough to prepare at least one kilogram of cream cheese, yoghurt, quark, crème fraîche or mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
Sea salt, garlic, onion, turmeric, parsnip, coriander, cumin, chilli, fenugreek seeds, paprika, pepper, allspice, mustard flour, ginger, fennel, cardamom, vegetable broth (seasoning, dextrose, non-hydrogenated sunflower oil, citric acid).
