Description:
In India, every family probably has at least one home recipe for their curry mix. Different blends are used there depending on the purpose and region. The English made curry blends popular in the rest of the world starting in the 18th century. Java curry combines the typical flavors of Indonesian cuisines. Due to the ginger and lemon, this mild blend has a fresh aroma that harmonizes perfectly with poultry, fish and seafood.  

Usage:
You can add the curry at the beginning or end of the preparation. Use the powder in quantity according to taste.

Coriander, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek seeds, paprika, cumin, lemon peel, lemongrass, lemon fruit powder (lemon, maltodextrin), bay leaf, cardamom, clove, nutmeg.
