Description:
Our paprika powder comes from Kalocsa in Hungary. For the deep red, noble sweet paprika, the septums of the pods are removed. As the name suggests, this paprika tastes sweet and has a penetrating full aroma.
Paprika is excellent for seasoning meat, fish, vegetables, steak, stews, sauces, soups and stews. It is irreplaceable for the Hungarian national dish, goulash!
Usage:
Paprika can be used liberally for both co-cooking and seasoning. Only when frying in a pan in oil, caution is advised. In this case, paprika powder can develop a bitter taste due to the high heat.
