Description:
Complex spice blend for hearty Hungarian-style goulash. Paprika, allspice and thyme give the "sauce" a spicy depth. Also highly recommended for hearty stews with beans!

Usage:
Use about a teaspoon of the mixture per person. Do not add to the goulash until liquid has already been added!

Ingredients:
Paprika, mustard, onion, allspice, coriander, butter mushrooms, porcini, cumin, garlic, pepper, marjoram, parsley, cloves.
