Spice mixture for the preparation of Caucasian meat skewers. The mixture is suitable both for marinating the meat and for seasoning, the more common in German-speaking countries, shish kebab sauce.
Usage:
For marinating, you should mix one teaspoon of the mixture with about four teaspoons of oil and soak the meat in it for half an hour.
For the sauce, the spice mixture should be added after adding the liquid (stock or water).
Ingredients:
Paprika, onion, tomato powder, turmeric, coriander, mustard flour, pepper, garlic, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, nutmeg, cumin, fenugreek.
