Description:
Hearty and spicy spice blend for steaks, stews, grill pans and roasts in typical Mexican style. If you like it authentic, you can add coriander leaves.

Usage:
You will get the result if you mix the mixture with some oil and put the meat in it. Alternatively, add directly to the sauce or sprinkle over the meat towards the end.

Paprika, chili, rosemary, smoked paprika "La Vera", smoked chili "Chipotle Jalapeno", allspice, cumin, bay leaf, garlic.
