Brazil spice is a basic blend for Brazilian cream roast. With a little cream, cheese, mushrooms and this blend, you can easily conjure up an exceptional festive roast.
You will need: 1500g of roast pork or beef, 1 package of mushrooms, 1 cup of cream, sliced Emmental cheese.
Preparation: rub the roast piece vigorously with Brazil spice. Then the roast should rest in the refrigerator for a day or better two days.
Preparation: Brown the roast piece from all sides. Then add half of the mushrooms (whole or cut), as well as some water and cook in the oven at 180 °C for 1.5-2 hours. Then pour cream over the roast, add the remaining mushrooms and thicken as desired. Finally, top the roast with slices of cheese and bake for about 10 minutes.
Tip: To intensify the pilaroma you can season the liquid with our dried seasoning mushrooms. Our autumn trumpets and butter mushrooms are particularly suitable for this. Enjoy your meal!
