The spicy flavor of this traditional blend seasons meats and various stews in Yemen. With sauteed onions and some tomato puree, a very tasty spice paste can be made and used for dipping.
Usage:
Use it mixture in quantity to taste. To prepare as a dip, stir in about 1 tsp per 100g of tomato.
Ingredients:
Garlic, green bell pepper, coriander, cayenne pepper, cardamom, parsley, chili.
