Risotto spice coarse

Description:
Complex spice blend for pasta and rice dishes, such as risotto and rice salad in the northern Italian style. It is also very suitable for fried pasta with mushrooms and vegetables. The celery seed included is flavorful between lovage and parsley and adds a spicy depth to the blend when combined with the somewhat smoky thyme.

Usage:
Add the blend to the dish during preparation or use for seasoning. Half a teaspoon per person is sufficient.

Carrots, parsnips, parsley, leek, celery, onion, paprika, sea salt, bell pepper, oregano, thyme.
