Briefly soak 2 tablespoons of the spice mixture in 3 tablespoons of water, add to the al dente cooked spaghetti in a pan with plenty of olive oil and sauté briefly. Alternatively, you can also add the mixture directly to the pan for sautéing. However, the individual spices will then also remain a little more "al dente". Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino is traditionally eaten without cheese.
