Coarse, aromatic spice mixture for salads in the Central European style. The mixture goes well with all green salads, tomato salad and cucumber salad. In contrast to the salad spice without garlic.
Usage:
The mixture can be sprinkled directly over the salad for seasoning or mixed with the salad dressing. A lightly heaped teaspoon is sufficient for 100 ml of sauce.
