Description:
Gourmet Kitchen Herbs is an all-purpose blend that combines the flavors of typical German herbs with the taste of different varieties of onions. It goes perfectly with salads, soups, sauces, stews, omelets, vegetable pans and cheese. In combination with some curd cheese it is also suitable as a dip.

Usage:
Use the mixture in quantities to taste.
To prepare a dip, mix 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture with a little water, let it swell briefly and then mix it with cottage cheese, créme fraîche, yogurt or sour cream.
