All' arrabbiata translates as "(pasta) in an angry way". This is probably due to the spiciness of the dish. The traditional dish from Lazio is based on a tomato sauce and can be prepared very quickly with our blend.
For 2 people:
Fry 40g of diced bacon and a diced onion in a little olive oil. Then add 200g of tomatoes (fresh
or strained) and 2 tablespoons of the all' arrabbiata spice mixture, simmer for 20 minutes and add salt. Now optionally mix the penne with the sauce or pour over the pasta when serving. Penne all' arrabbiata is traditionally served with pecorino romano, which you can also stir in while preparing the dish.
