Description:
Berbere is a traditional Ethiopian spice preparation used primarily in the preparation of stews (beef, lamb, poultry), ground meat and rice dishes. Due to the high proportion of pepper, ginger and chili, Berbere tastes spicy. Allspice and cardamom give the mixture a fruity taste.

Usage:
Add berbere for stuffings at the beginning of preparation, and for stews toward the end.

Ingredients:
Spices (pepper, ginger, allspice, chili, cumin, coriander, fenugreek seeds, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom), rock salt (11%).
