Description:
Our complex rice spice preparation with lots of onion has a sweet and spicy taste with an Asian touch. Due to the turmeric, the rice turns yellow when cooking and frying.
Usage:
Either add the mixture already during cooking and strain in a relatively fine sieve so that the spices are not lost.
A more intense taste result you get when preparing in a pan. For this purpose, it is best to swell the rice spice in a little water, mix it with the boiled rice and fry it again briefly. The rice seasoning can also be used without water. In this case, however, the individual spices also remain somewhat "crispy".
Ingredients:
Onion, fried onion (with palm oil and wheat flour), bell bell pepper, tomato, garlic, bell pepper, turmeric, mustard flour, cumin, chili, ginger, coriander, fenugreek seeds, sea salt, fennel.
Aroma/Flavor:
spicy
