Payment methods

Simply choose the payment method that is best for you.

Prepayment:

If you choose to pay in advance, we will ship your order after receipt of payment in our account. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice amount and our bank details. Please transfer the invoice amount (with the order number in the purpose field) to the bank details stated in the confirmation email. Please note that The transaction can take up to two working days for the bank.

Giropay:

Giropay is the online payment method used by German banks and savings banks. After the ordering process, you will be redirected to your bank to make the payment. After a successful transfer, we receive a confirmation and can process the order. Payment with Giropay is made via the payment service provider “Mollie” from Amsterdam.

Credit card:

Pay as usual using your credit card. Payment by credit card is made via the payment service provider “Mollie” handled from Amsterdam. You can pay with Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

ApplePay:

Pay with your Apple device. Payment with Applepay is made via the payment service provider “Mollie”. from Amsterdam.

Paypal:

To pay via the PayPal service provider, you need a verified PayPal account. After placing your order, you will be redirected to Paypal's homepage and guided through the payment process. Your order will be shipped after PayPal payment has been completed.

Invoice*:

From the second order onwards, payment by invoice is possible. In order for our shop system to recognize you, it is necessary to create a user account when placing your first order.

Please transfer the outstanding amount to the account specified in the invoice within 10 days. Please state your order number as purpose.

For customers from Switzerland: Please do not forget to provide the international account number (IBAN) and the Bank Identifier Code (BIC) on the transfer form.

 For deliveries to Switzerland: In addition to the amounts mentioned above, the delivery person collects import duties and Swiss VAT on behalf of the customs authorities.
