Description:
In India, every family probably has at least one home recipe for their curry mixture. Depending on the purpose and region, different mixtures are used there. The English made curry mixtures popular in the rest of the world from the 18th century onwards. Sri Lanka curry combines many different flavours. The freshness of turmeric and ginger, earthy and nutty flavours of coriander, cumin and fenugreek seeds, as well as the sweet scent of cloves, allspice and cardamom. This complex composition of flavours is underlined by the quite pronounced spiciness of this curry. Excellent with fresh vegetables, chicken, pork and rice.
 
Usage:
You can add the curry at the beginning or end of the preparation. Use the powder in quantity to taste.

Turmeric, fenugreek seeds, coriander, cumin, ginger, chilli, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves.
