Nasi Goreng is a traditional Indonesian dish whose ingredients vary. Usually "leftovers from the day before" are used. In all variations, rice serves as the base, which is sautéed with chicken, beef, occasionally pork, vegetables and egg in oil and flavored with spices.
The Mischug can be added directly at the beginning of the preparation, when the cooked rice is fried in the pan with the other ingredients. Use about one teaspoon of the mixture per 200g of rice.
