Description:
Colombo powder is a traditional spice blend from the French Caribbean islands. Workers from Sri-Lanka brought the aromatic blend to the New World, which is why it strongly resembles Sri-Lanka curry.
It goes very well with stews based on poultry, fish, meat and vegetables or rice. It also harmonizes with tropical fruits and coconut milk.
Usage:
Use the mixture in quantity according to taste. One teaspoon per serving is usually sufficient.
