Cutlet chop spice

Description:
Very strong spice mixture for refining cutlets and chops according to our own recipe. It goes equally well with beef, veal and pork and can also be added to breading.

Usage:
Use the mixture in quantities according to taste. It is suitable for marinating on the one hand, and for seasoning directly before serving on the other.

Ingredients:
Bell pepper, coriander, parsley, onion, red bell pepper flakes, garlic, nutmeg, allspice, turmeric, mustard flour, cumin, chili, ginger, fenugreek seeds, fennel, salt, marjoram.
