Description:
Our Herb Steak Seasoning is an aromatic spice preparation with various herbs and subtle Asian hints. Ideal for pickling or as a dry rub for pork and poultry steaks.
Usage:
As a marinade: mix with a little oil and marinate meat in it. One heaped teaspoon is sufficient for 500g of meat. Add a little more salt if necessary. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
As Dry Rub: Massage the powder evenly into the meat and ideally let it rest in some plastic wrap. Do not heat too much.
Ingredients:
Sea salt (25%), bell pepper, onion, paprika, mustard flour, turmeric, garlic, chili, coriander, cumin, ginger, fenugreek seeds, fennel, chives, thyme, parsley, nutmeg.
