Description:
Our roast goose and duck seasoning is especially suitable for the preparation of fatty poultry such as roast goose or roast duck. The mugwort powder contained in it makes the meal more digestible and gives a pleasant spicy aroma. It is suitable for direct seasoning of the meat, as well as for stuffings and sauces.
Usage:
Coat the piece of meat with the powder and a little oil before preparation or after the first browning. Alternatively, you can add the mixture to the stuffing (about ½ tsp per 100g) or season the sauce with it.
Ingredients:
Onion, sea salt (30%), bell pepper, paprika, mugwort, parsley, marjoram, ginger, orange peel, turmeric, oregano, thyme, garlic, chili.
