Chaat Masala is a fruity spice preparation with dried mango, mint and the somewhat sulfurous smelling salt Kala Namak. It is typically used for Indian dals, chutneys, lassis and many yogurt based dishes or simply to flavor fruits or fruity salads.
Usage:
The mixture is mostly sprinkled on the finished dish. Use with restraint.

Amchur, kala namak salt, pepper, mint, chili, ginger, ajwain, asafetida, fenugreek seeds.
