Description:
Mixture for seasoning the falafel raw mass. For typical Lebanese style falafels.

Usage:
You need one tablespoon of the spice per 250 grams of chickpeas. Mix with the mass after soaking and crushing the chickpeas.
 
Ingredients:
Sea salt, coriander seeds, parsley, cumin, garlic, sumac, onion, ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, coconut blossom sugar.
