Description:
This traditional, Tunisian blend is available throughout North Africa in the form of a paste. It is used to season couscous, eggs and stews with meat and vegetables (tajines). It can also be used as a spicy spread and dip. Our harissa is suitable as a sprinkle seasoning, as well as for the preparation of a paste!
Usage:
As a sprinkle seasoning:
After about 5 minutes, the spice mixture unfolds its full flavor. The mixture is spicy, so dose carefully!
As a paste:
Mix the mixture with a little water to a paste and let it infuse for about 5 minutes. Then season with a dash of olive oil, if necessary, add salt - ready!

Chili, garlic, coriander, cumin, red bell pepper flakes, salt.
