Description:
Kaffir lime leaves are a character spice of Thai cuisine. The pure lemon aroma and tangy fresh flavor combine perfectly with the creamy coconut milk used in Thai curries. The dried leaves can be used for all dishes that also otherwise harmonize with lemon flavors. Therefore, kaffir lime leaves are often used for Asian curries and stews with poultry, fish and seafood, and they are also used to garnish salads. In no case should the aromatic leaves be missing in the sour hot soup Tom Yam.

Usage:
Use the kaffir lime leaves in quantity according to taste. You can add them to the dish throughout the cooking process. After a short cooking time, the leaves become soft and can be cut into fine strips.
