Description:
Sarsaparilla is an Indian root that gives off a pleasantly sweet aroma reminiscent of tonka bean and vanilla.
Ideal for enhancing waffles, crêpes, jams, and cakes.
Usage:
The coarsely ground root can be added toward the end of preparation or right at the very end of cooking. The aroma unfolds after a short time and becomes increasingly stronger.
