Description:
This Texas chile is among the hottest varieties of its genus. It is often used as a substitute for the similar tasting Thai chilies and has a biting heat. The whole pods are suitable for cooking with or adding to vinegar or oil. For seasoning, you can simply pound the pods in a mortar or resort to the ground variety.
