Description:
Our orange salt consists of freshly grated orange peel preserved in sea salt from the salt marshes of Sicily. The mixture, which smells very distinctly of fresh oranges, has residual moisture and should therefore be stored in an airtight container. Excellent for flavoring Mediterranean dishes, grilled fish, salmon as well as chutneys.
Usage:
Use the mixture in quantity according to taste.
