Fried fish seasoning

Description:
Complex blend for fried fish and grilled fish with smoky fruity aroma in Mediterranean style. Ideal for dorado, bream and sea bass.

Usage:
Use the mixture as a dry-rub just before cooking. Massage the mixture generously into the fish at room temperature and leave for ten minutes.
