Fish seasoning whole

Description:
Spice mixture for the preparation of cooking fish, mussel broth and fish soups. The mixture is also suitable for pickling and smoking.

Usage:
Use about one teaspoon of fish seasoning per person.

For cooking fish:
Add mixture to liquid at the beginning of cooking and simmer.

For pickling and smoking:
Mix mixture with the liquid (wine, vinegar, water) and marinate the fish in it for a longer time.

Ingredients:
Bell pepper, mustard seeds, paprika, coriander, allspice, juniper, bay leaf, chervil, carrot, lovage, tomato, parsnip, leek, celery, nutmeg, dill, onion, parsley, sage, cardamom.
