This original U.S. smoked salt is typical of Southern cooking. The Pacific sea salt gets its distinctive flavor by smoking over hickory wood. Unlike many other intense smoked salts, Hickory Smoked Sea Salt has no bitter aftertaste. This makes it ideal for preparing barbecue sauces, dry rubs for beef or hamburgers.

Usage:
Hickory salt should be used sparingly. It can be added throughout the cooking process of the food, but is also suitable for seasoning.
