Description:
Pink Punjab Crystal Salt comes from the Punjab region of Pakistan, known as the Salt Range, south of the Himalayan massif. It is slightly milder than conventional table salt and gets its interesting color from naturally contained iron oxide. Because of the color, many of our customers use it as table salt.

Usage:
Feel free to use this salt a little more liberally than regular table salt.

Known dishes:
Fish in a bed of salt, pickled anchovies, potatoes with a salt crust.

Mildly salty
