Our sea salt is extracted in salt marshes on the coast of France. It is suitable for salting all dishes.
Use the fine sea salt according to taste. Due to the hygroscopic ("water-attracting") property of salt, meat should only be salted shortly before preparation in order not to extract valuable juices from the roast.
