Game spice whole

Description:
Very aromatic spice blend with sweet fruity aroma. For pickling wild boar, deer, partridge, pheasant and other game. The pickle can be made with red wine or sour milk.

Usage:
You will need about 1 tablespoon of spice mix to 1 liter of pickle (red wine or sour milk pickle).
 
Ingredients:
Thyme, pepper, juniper berries, bay leaves, coriander, ginger, carrots, cloves.
