Very aromatic spice blend with sweet fruity aroma. For roasting and seasoning wild boar, deer, partridge, pheasant and other game. The mixture is also suitable for gravy.
Usage:
Mix 2 tsp of the mixture with 4 tbsp of oil and marinate the meat in it for at least one hour.
Ingredients:
Thyme, juniper berries, bay leaves, pepper, ginger, coriander, cloves, carrots, parsnips, parsley, leek, celery leaves, chili.
