Description:
For the production of red pasta (e.g. fettuccine, spaghetti or tortellini), tomato powder is also occasionally used in industrial production. So if you want to make your own colorful pasta, you should have tomato powder in your kitchen cupboard. For the production of green pasta one uses spinach powder.

Usage:
Use about 4 tsp to make one kilogram of dough.
