Description:
Freeze-dried strawberries have a typical and intense aroma of strawberry and little acidity. Ideal for refining chocolates, chocolate, ice cream, confits, smoothies and other desserts. Raspberries are also ideal as an ingredient for smoothies, milkshakes, fruit curd or muesli.
50 grams is equivalent to 600 to 700 grams of fresh strawberries.
Usage:
Strawberry cubes can be used without further processing. In liquid they become soft again.
