Raspberry fruit powder tastes intensely fruity and has coloring properties. Ideal for refining chocolates, ice cream, confits, sweet pastries and other desserts. The freeze-dried and ground raspberries are also ideal for flavoring smoothies, milkshakes, fruit curd or muesli.

40 grams of the powder is equivalent to 500 to 600 grams of fresh raspberries.

Usage:
Use the powder in quantity according to taste. The powder tends to form lumps when wet, but can be used without hesitation.
