Description:
Freeze-dried raspberries have an intense fruity taste and a light to medium acidity. They are excellent for enhancing chocolate, chocolates, ice cream, confits, sweet pastries and other desserts. Raspberries are also ideal as an ingredient for smoothies, milkshakes, fruit curd or muesli.
50 grams is equivalent to 600 to 700 grams of fresh raspberries.
Usage:
The dried raspberries can easily be processed into powder, but then tend to form lumps. They will soften again in liquid.
