Description:
Cumeo pepper originates from the Nepalese part of the Himalayan mountains. It is not commercially cultivated and is correspondingly rare as a wild collection.
The very intense aroma of lemon balm and grapefruit goes well with Asian and Caribbean poultry and fish dishes. It harmonizes well with coconut milk and fruity sauces and can also be used to enhance desserts.
Usage:
The pepper is very productive and should be used with appropriate restraint. It can be crushed in mills with ceramic grinders, but smears a little. Better to grind with a mortar.
Harmonizes with:
Chili, coriander leaves, tamarind, lemon.
