Description:
Bucay pepper is a specialty from Ecuador with a subtle roasted aroma. The black pepper is dried over hot smoke, developing a characteristic aroma more reminiscent of roasted than smoked pepper. Ideal for lamb, pork, vegetable dishes, salads and cheese.
Usage:
Use the pepper as needed. Use only at the end. The pepper is not hot and can be used more generously. Suitable for the grinder.

Nutty-peppery, with roasted aromas.
