Very aromatic spice blend with typical sweet fragrance for traditional Nuremberg gingerbread. Also highly recommended for gingerbread parfait and mousse, crème brûlée or Bavarian crème.
 
Usage:
Work 25 grams of the mixture into selbe to prepare one kilogram of dough.
 
Ingredients:
Cinnamon, coriander, cloves, allspice, mace, anise, cardamom, ginger, star anise.
