Description:
Pfefferkuchen got its name not - as the name suggests - by adding pepper, but by allspice, which used to be sold under the name "clove pepper". With this spice blend, you can easily conjure up traditional gingerbread, as all the necessary individual spices are included.

Usage:
Work 25g of the blend per kilogram of dough into same.
 
Ingredients:
Cinnamon, coriander, cloves, allspice, star anise, ginger, nutmeg.
