Fish seasoning salt

Description:
Seasoning salt for fried fish with juniper as the dominant component. It is also suitable for grilled and for refining sauces. Re-salting is usually no longer necessary.

Usage:
Mix the fish seasoning salt with a little oil and let the fish steep in it briefly. Then fry the fish or put it on the grill. The mixture contains quite a lot of salt. Therefore, you should be careful with it when seasoning sauces.

Ingredients:
Sea salt, juniper, coriander, pepper, allspice.
