Strawberry
fruit powder tastes intensely fruity and has coloring properties. Ideal
for refining chocolates, ice cream, confits, sweet pastries and other
desserts. The freeze-dried and ground strawberries are also ideal for
flavoring smoothies, milkshakes, fruit curd or muesli.
30 grams of the powder is equivalent to 400 to 500 grams of fresh strawberries.
Usage:
