This mixture - also called pul beaver (bell pepper flakes) in Turkish - goes great with kebabs, Turkish barbecue skewers and meatballs. The mixture consists of red bell pepper and chili flakes without seeds and a little salt.
Usage:
The mixture is mainly used as a table condiment. It is moderately spicy and can therefore be used quite generously.
