Our finely ground horseradish powder is ideal base for horseradish sauces. The spicy aroma and pronounced pungency, which immediately pulls into the head, fit perfectly with pickled or boiled fish, roast beef, boiled beef or ham.

Usage:
Ground horseradish should be used with restraint, as the powder tastes quite bitter. With a little sugar, the bitterness can be well balanced. In combination with water, a pronounced pungency develops immediately, which quickly dissipates, but can be stabilized with acid (vinegar, lemon juice).
To prepare a horseradish sauce, simply mix with a little water and cream and season to taste.
